Users may upload photos, videos, and other media to the Service. All uploaded content must be golf-related and relevant to the platform's purpose. CondorGolf reserves the right to review, monitor, and remove any content that: • Is not related to golf activities, courses, equipment, or gameplay • Contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal material • Violates intellectual property rights of others • Contains spam or promotional content unrelated to golf • Violates these Terms of Service in any way By uploading content, you grant CondorGolf a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the Service.

CondorGolf reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms of Service. Reasons for termination include, but are not limited to: • Uploading non-golf-related or inappropriate content • Abusive behavior towards other users or staff • Fraudulent activity or misuse of the Service • Violation of applicable laws or regulations • Any other conduct deemed harmful to the Service or its users In the event of account termination for violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid or payout of any credits, earnings, or benefits accumulated in your account. CondorGolf is under no obligation to provide compensation for terminated accounts found at fault.

CondorGolf offers various subscription plans, features, and add-ons. Please note: • All prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice • Add-on features and their pricing may be modified without advance notification • Changes to pricing will be reflected on the Service and become effective immediately • Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of new pricing • No refunds will be issued for price differences if you subscribed at a different rate • CondorGolf is not responsible for notifying individual users of price changes It is your responsibility to review current pricing before making purchases or renewing subscriptions.

As a user of CondorGolf, you agree to: • Provide accurate and truthful information • Maintain the security of your account credentials • Use the Service only for lawful purposes • Respect the intellectual property rights of others • Not attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service • Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws

CondorGolf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CondorGolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

CondorGolf reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes, but it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
